OUR SERVICES
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal fabrication supports flat and formed metal parts for prototypes, functional assemblies, enclosures, brackets, panels, and low-volume production runs. LEAD MFG helps engineering and sourcing teams choose cutting and forming methods, review manufacturability, coordinate production, and prepare parts for testing, assembly, or end-use applications.
Capabilities
Our Capabilities
Laser cutting is used for accurate flat profiles, covers, brackets, panels, gaskets, and formed sheet metal blanks. Suitable for prototypes and production runs where edge quality and feature accuracy matter.
We use stamping and forming to produce sheet metal parts with controlled bends, flanges, tabs, ribs, and structural features. Supports progressive die operations and single-hit forming depending on quantity and complexity.
Photochemical etching can make thin metal parts with complex patterns, fine features, and tight tolerances that mechanical cutting cannot achieve. Ideal for shims, screens, EMI shields, and decorative panels.
Water jet cutting is good for thick plates, heat-sensitive materials, and parts that require no heat-affected zone. Supports aluminum, steel, brass, copper, and composite sheet materials.
Join sheet metal components with TIG, MIG, spot welding, or riveting depending on material, strength requirements, and cosmetic needs. Fabricated assemblies with controlled tolerance stack-up, no multi-vendor hand-off.
Sheet Metal Fabrication Workshop
LEAD applies a variety of possible metal forming technologies and equipment to improve the speed and ability to cope with mass production applications.
Surface Finishing Options
Surface finish is applied to parts after they have been machined to create a unique surface layer to meet the hardness, chemical resistance, and appearance requirements of the products. It depends on material properties and the application of the part. LEAD offers the following finishing options for sheet metal services:

Anodizing can improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, increase the surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum alloys, and have a good appearance after coloring treatment.

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike traditional liquid paint, which is applied with an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and cured with heat or ultraviolet light.

Bead blasting produces a smooth, matte-textured surface, and sharp edges can be broken and deburred for safe handling. Bead blasting can also improve the mechanical strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of parts.

Brushing is a surface treatment process in which an abrasive belt is used to draw marks and lines on the surface of products to achieve a decorative texture.
Why Us
Customers choose LEAD MFG when they need a real manufacturing partner, not a loose supplier network. We focus on technical communication, quality consistency and a clean route from prototype to production.
DFM feedback, tolerance review and process recommendations before production decisions.
Keep project knowledge with one partner as volume and requirements change.
Use China engineering depth and Vietnam manufacturing flexibility when supply chain risk matters.
CNC, sheet metal, molding, die casting, 3D printing, extrusion, finishing and assembly.
Practical inspection planning, repeatable process control and clear production documentation.
Match the project to the right facility, stage and risk profile.
Design guides, material guidance, equipment lists and QA resources support buyer confidence.
Engineering and sourcing teams get structured updates, not vague factory replies.
Shenzhen, Dongguan and Bac Ninh roles are visible and easy to verify.
Frequently Asked Questions
We accept 3D CAD files in STL, STP, STEP, OBJ IGS, or IGES format and 2D drawings(jpg, png, gif, BMP, pdf) with dimensional details and specific manufacturing requirements.
We respond within 2 hours after your request. Princing quote will be send within 8 hours.
Yes, master models are used to create silicone molds for vacuum casting and can be made from any rigid solid that can withstand heat up to 100 °C. Models used for CNC machining will be 3D scanned to create a CAD/CAM program for production.
Quality parts less than 1000pcs can be made in as fast as one week if you provide complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring other special features will take longer. As for shipping, most of our shipments are via air freight, which can take 5-7 days from China to Europe or North America.
We respect your intellectual property. None of your information, images, files or likenesses will be shared with any third party, and it will not be used for any advertising, marketing, or promotional use without your explicit written authorization. If you would like to sign NDA agreement, please contact our team for support.
We follow the ISO/IATF standard and guarantee that we will rework the products or refund them if there are any quality problems. The full-dimensional report, material certification, or first article inspection are provided on request before order placement.
