  • Aluminum: 6061, 7075, 5052—Lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant, ideal for aerospace, automotive, and consumer electronics applications.
  • Stainless Steel: 303, 304, 316, 17-4PH—Offers excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, suitable for medical devices, food processing equipment, and marine applications.
  • Brass: C360, C280—Known for its machinability and electrical conductivity, used in electronic components and precision gears.
  • Titanium: Grade 2, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V)—High strength-to-weight ratio and biocompatibility, making it perfect for aerospace and medical implants.
  • Copper: C110, C101—Offers excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, used in heat exchangers, electrical components, and industrial equipment.
  • Carbon Steel: 1018, 1045, 4140—Cost-effective with high strength and hardness, suitable for industrial applications.
  • ABS: Strong, durable, and cost-effective, ideal for prototyping and automotive parts.
  • Nylon (PA6, PA66): High mechanical strength and wear resistance, used in gears, bushings, and mechanical components.
  • Polycarbonate (PC): Known for impact resistance and clarity, suitable for optical components and protective covers.
  • POM (Delrin): Excellent dimensional stability and low friction, ideal for precision gears, bearings, and automotive parts.
  • PEEK: High thermal stability and chemical resistance, used in medical, aerospace, and high-performance industrial applications.
  • PTFE (Teflon): Non-reactive, low friction, and high-temperature resistant, ideal for seals, gaskets, and insulators.
  • Exotic Alloys: Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel—Ideal for extreme temperature and corrosive environments, often used in aerospace and oil & gas applications.
